The message is the light,
pure, streaming light
just for you.
Patience is required,
tuning in a must,
taking the time. 

Let this
divine,
peaceful radiance
stream over you,
through your cells,
your bones,
your muscles.

Pure, streaming light,
a gift of the Divine,
reflecting who you are.

Take in the soothing light,
take the time to receive,
and let the love
of the creator fill you.

Let the light pool
inside the caverns
of your heart,
giving ease
and knowing of
who you truly are.

Let the light speak
its truth
and in that truth,
the light
of the heavenly herald.

A Poem for Her

Great Mystery,
Speak to me
of olives and ants,
pine trees and
crusts of earth

Great Mystery,
Speak to me
of transparent things,
sheer, lovely and fine

Great Spirit,
rise,
show the way to all
who hunger
for your grace and love

Creating this piece was a meditation in light.  Each time before painting, I calibrated and opened to a particular stream of light that would flow over me and through me, my lips slightly parting, face and jaw relaxed as the light showered down. I tried to express through Her face that feeling of receptivity and tuning in to the blessing of divine light.
